Setup:
- Friday August 5th - 5:00PM - 8:00PM
- Saturday August 6th - 6:00AM - 8:00AM
Tear Down:
- Saturday August 6th - 2:00PM - 4:00PM
Admission Policy:
- Anyone inside the facility during set-up times must have a vendor ticket or pass.
Those without one will be escorted out. (NO exceptions)
Security:
- During set-up, anyone carrying merchandise out of the facility may be stopped
and required to provide proof of ownership. Please note that overall security of
your property is still your responsibility.
General Info:
- Hamfest staff members will be at each drive-up door to offer assistance during setup
and tear down times.
- The Pavilion is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the facility.
- Playing recorded or live music is prohibited without proof of an ASCAP/BMI license.
- Open display of pornographic material is prohibited. Elkhart East Hamfest reserves
the right to require it be removed from public view.
